Our Services
Leads Nurtured provides a range of marketing services under our Monthly Marketing Plans, designed to help your business grow. By subscribing to a plan, you authorize us to perform the following activities on your behalf, depending on your selected tier (e.g., Basic, Standard, Premium):
- Website Design and Maintenance: We create and maintain a modern, SEO-optimized website tailored to your services and locations, built on platforms like Duda or Wix, to attract quality customer inquiries.
- Online Presence Management: We set up and manage your Google My Business and social media profiles, posting regular updates, promotions, and special offers to enhance your visibility.
- SEO Services: We optimize your website and online profiles with strategies like keyword targeting, link building, and content updates to improve search rankings.
- Paid Advertising: We launch and manage paid campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads), with ad spend costs paid directly by you to the respective platforms.
- Additional Features: Depending on your plan, services may include AI tools (e.g., chatbots), review management, and detailed analytics reporting.

Client Responsibilities
As our client, you agree to:
- Promptly follow up on all leads generated through our marketing efforts.
- Maintain accurate records of leads provided by Leads Nurtured for tracking and reporting purposes.
- Provide necessary information, access (e.g., logins), and feedback to enable us to deliver your services effectively.
Payment Terms
- Subscription Fees: You agree to pay a recurring monthly fee based on your selected plan (e.g., Basic: £150/month, Standard: £300/month, Premium: £500/month), billed automatically via Stripe.
- Initial Commitment Fee: A one-time setup fee may apply at the start of your subscription, agreed upon during onboarding.
- Billing Cycle: Payments are charged monthly on the date of your initial subscription, unless terminated as outlined below.
- Currency: All fees are in GBP, with VAT added if applicable under UK law.
Refund Policy (Aligned with Stripe Guidelines)
We strive to ensure your satisfaction with our services. Our refund policy complies with Stripe’s terms and UK consumer law:
- No Refunds for Monthly Fees: Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once charged, as they cover services already provided or resources allocated for the billing period.
- Initial Commitment Fee: Non-refundable unless we fail to deliver the agreed-upon initial setup (e.g., website design) within 30 days of payment, subject to your cooperation.
- Cancellation Refunds: If you cancel mid-cycle, no prorated refunds are issued for the current month, but no further charges will apply after the current billing period ends.
- Disputes: If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at info@leadsnurtured.com (mailto:info@leadsnurtured.com) within 14 days of the transaction. We’ll investigate and resolve disputes in good faith, adhering to Stripe’s dispute process.
Termination
- Either party may terminate this agreement by providing 30 days’ written notice via email to info@leadsnurtured.com (mailto:info@leadsnurtured.com).
- Online Cancellation: As a subscriber, you can easily cancel your plan at any time directly through your online account with us. Once cancelled, your subscription will end at the close of the current billing cycle, with no further charges applied.
- Upon termination, you remain responsible for any outstanding fees owed up to the end of the current billing period, payable in GBP (£) as our primary currency.
- We reserve the right to terminate services immediately, without refund, if you breach these terms (e.g., non-payment, misuse of services, or inappropriate conduct toward staff).
Copyright, Intellectual Property, and Legalities
- Client Responsibility: You must ensure all content (e.g., text, images) provided for your website or services is legally obtained and does not infringe on third-party rights. We are not liable for copyright violations or illegal content you supply.
- Our Rights: We retain ownership of any designs, graphics, or code we create until full payment is received. Upon payment, you receive a non-exclusive license to use them for your business.
- Takedown Rights: We may remove any website content we deem illegal, inappropriate, or in violation of our policies, with or without notice.
- Marketing Use: We may use your website or project as a case study or promotional material (e.g., on our site or social media) unless you opt out by emailing info@leadsnurtured.com (mailto:info@leadsnurtured.com).
General Business Terms
- Company Details: Cotersa Limited, trading as Leads Nurtured, is registered at 2 Highfield Place, Biddulph, Staffordshire Moorlands, ST8 6HE. We may update this address or company structure (e.g., becoming a different entity) without prior notice.
- VAT: We reserve the right to add VAT to fees if required by law, effective immediately upon notice.
- Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in English courts.
- No Guarantees: We do not guarantee specific business outcomes (e.g., sales, profits) from our services, asresults depend on various factors beyond our control.
Availability and Support
- Hours: We operate Monday-Thursday 9:00 AM–5:00 PM and Friday 9:00 AM–4:00 PM (UK time), excluding bank holidays.
- Closures: We may close temporarily due to staff shortages, upgrades, or other unforeseen events, with minimal disruption.
- Support: Report issues to info@leadsnurtured.com (mailto:info@leadsnurtured.com). We aim to resolve them within a reasonable timeframe during business hours, excluding issues caused by client actions.
- Conduct: We do not tolerate harassment, threats, or abusive behavior toward our team. Such actions may result in immediate termination without refund, with communication limited to postal mail thereafter.
Privacy and Data
- Data Use: We may share your information with service providers (e.g., Stripe, hosting platforms) to deliver your plan but will not sell it to third parties.
- Security: You’re responsible for securing any passwords we provide; change them promptly upon receipt.
Our Rights
- Service Refusal: We may decline or terminate services for any reason, including unsustainable business models or high-risk categories, without explanation.
- Website Footer: We’ll include a small “Website by Leads Nurtured” link in your site’s footer, removable upon request.
Final Notes
